Our modern, self-contained apartment is situated at the far end of the property away from the main road. It’s very quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes away from Hobbiton movie set!

It has beautiful views over the ancient Waikato river valley to the South and West, where sunsets can be admired. You will have a private garden area, leading to an outdoor hot Spa pool which is included in the price.

The apartment is equipped with kitchen facilities, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom that can sleep two singles or a couple (King size). A pull out Sofa-bed in the Lounge will sleep another couple or two young children. A breakfast and friendly hosts are also included in the price.

As our place is rural (6km from town) it is ideal independent travellers with their own transport.
